Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are investigating a deadly accident overnight Friday on Manhattan's West Side, where a pedestrian was struck and killed by a recycling truck. The accident happened around 3:30 a.m. near 10th Avenue at West 44th Street.
The driver of the privately-operated recycling truck stayed at the scene.
So far, no charges have been filed.---
