Eyewitness NewsMIAMI (WABC) -- Authorities say an unruly passenger onboard an American Airlines flight from Jamaica had to be restrained after the plane landed in Miami.

Miami International Airport spokesman Greg Chin says the plane had just arrived Friday from Montego Bay.

Other passengers restrained the man before reaching the gate, although Chin could not immediately say what the passenger had done. The plane taxied to the gate and the man was taken into custody by airport police.

There were 165 passengers onboard flight 320 at the time.
