Disabled vehicle causes major delays at Lincoln Tunnel

  Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- A disabled vehicle in the outbound Lincoln Tunnel tube is causing major delays for the Thursday morning commute.

The vehicle was cleared, but traffic is delayed both inbound and outbound, where vehicles are clogging West Side streets.

New Jersey Transit bus service to and from Port Authority Bus Terminal is subject to delays of up 30 minutes.

NJ Transit bus tickets will be cross-honored on NJ Transit trains to and from New York Penn Station.
