Eyewitness NewsDEER PARK (WABC) -- A woman was found in her car overnight, shot in the chest following a home invasion in on Long Island. Police were called to the house in Deer Park around midnight.
They found the woman in the car nearby, at Nicolls Road and Commack Road.
She was apparently trying to drive herself to the hospital. Paramedics took her instead.It is not known if the attackers got away with anything.
