Eyewitness NewsBROOKLYN (WABC) -- A Brooklyn woman has quite a story to tell her daughter when she grows up. The woman gave birth to her in an EZ Pass lane at the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge toll plaza.
The Staten Island Advance reports the woman was riding in a livery cab to the hospital, with her doctor right behind.
But when it became clear they wouldn't make it in time, they stopped at the well-lit toll plaza.Bridge and Tunnel officers donated shoelaces and a pocketknife to cut the umbilical cord.
