Eyewitness NewsSHIRLEY (WABC) -- A Long Island woman is under arrest after a neighbor called police, believing she was driving drunk with a child in her car. Suffolk County police responded to the call from Lombardi Avenue in Shirley around 1 a.m. Monday.
The witness says the couple was racing with a child in their car.
The mother is charged with driving while intoxicated.The father was released and has custody of the child.
