Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- If you spotted someone on the subway Sunday without their pants on, chances are it wasn't a coincidence. Improv Everywhere threw its 11th annual "No Pants Subway Ride".
Participants gathered at six meeting points to pull off the prank.
The idea is to see how other straphangers react to people riding the train in the middle of winter in their underwear.---
