Eyewitness NewsSTATEN ISLAND (WABC) -- A construction worker is in critical condition following a trench collapse on Staten Island. The site is located at Travis Avenue and Victory Boulevard in the Bulls Head section.
The worker was transported to Staten Island University Hospital in cardiac arrest.
