Anna Paquin, 'True Blood' co-star Stephen Moyer welcome twins

"True Blood" co-stars and married couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer have welcomed their twins, OnTheRedCarpet.com has confirmed.

"The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed," a rep for the pair told People magazine on Tuesday, September 11.

Moyer's spokesperson confirmed the report to OTRC.com. Reps for both actors, who notoriously private, have not offered further details, such as the twins' genders and names or when and where Paquin gave birth. The Canadian-born actress, who was raised in New Zealand and won an Oscar at age 11 for "The Piano," and Moyer, a British actor, live in Los Angeles.

These are the 30-year-old actress' first children and first babies with Moyer. She and the 42-year-old, who plays her former fiance on the HBO vampire series "True Blood," have been married since August 2010. He has a 12-year-old son, Billy, and 10-year-old daughter, Lilac, from previous relationships.

Paquin's pregnancy was announced in April. Her and Moyer's "True Blood" co-star Sam Trammell revealed to Us Weekly magazine in June that Paquin was expecting twins, saying: "I'm so excited for them. We sent them a special gift. It's so interesting that True Blood has become, like, the 'twins' show."

Trammell, who plays shapeshifter and bar owner Sam Merlotte on the series, and girlfriend Missy Yager welcomed twin boys, Winston and Gus, in August.

J.R. Martinez and girlfriend welcome baby girl

"Dancing With The Stars" champ and former "All My Children" actor J.R. Martinez and his girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones welcomed their first child, a girl, on May 2 in Los Angeles.

The girl, named Lauryn Anabelle Martinez, weighed in at 7 pounds and 13 ounces, according to People magazine. "She has a couple of cute little freckles on her cheeks, a full head of hair and the cutest little lips," Martinez told the magazine. He also revealed they've already been calling her "Belle" as a nickname.

The couple announced Diana Gonzalez-Jones' pregnancy in December. The Iraq War veteran met Gonzalez-Jones after he landed a role on "All My Children" in 2008, when she was working as an assistant to the show's executive producer.

Martinez, 28, and Gonzalez-Jones became good friends on set of the soap opera and their friendship blossomed into romance in 2010.

The actor took home the mirror ball trophy in 2011 during season 13 of "Dancing With The Stars."

The Louisiana native, whose full first name is Jose Rene, was deployed to fight with U.S. forces in Iraq in 2003 and suffered burns to more than 40 percent of his body after a Humvee he was driving hit roadside bomb. He has undergone more than 30 surgeries to repair the damage, which includes burns on his face and legs. Martinez became a motivational speaker and in 2008, began acting in "All My Children."

Martinez and his partner Karina Smirnoff beat out "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Rob Kardashian and talk show host Ricki Lake to win the top honors on the dancing competition show. It was also the first win for pro Smirnoff.

Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard welcome second baby girl

Maggie Gyllenhaal welcomed her second daughter with husband Peter Sarsgaard, it was announced on April 30.

Gloria Ray was born on April 19 in New York, Gyllenhaal's rep confirmed to the Associated Press. Gyllenhaal married Sarsgaard, 41, in 2009. The couple welcomed their daughter Ramona in 2006, shortly after announcing their engagement.

The 34-year-old actress first sparked pregnancy rumors at the Rome Film Festival in October, when she appeared to have a baby bump. The news was confirmed in November.

"I find it difficult to pretend you're not pregnant, which I had to do," Gyllenhaal told USA Today in March. "I didn't let anyone know until three and a half months this time. I went to film festivals. I'm throwing up in the bathroom and having to keep pretzels in my purse, and having to fit into dresses."

Maggie Gyllenhaal most recently filmed "Hysteria," a comedy following the invention of the vibrator . The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September and stars Hugh Dancy as a young doctor hired to aid the leading doctor in women's medicine in "stimulating the nervous system" of his female patients. The film also stars Rupert Everett, Jonathan Pryce and Felicity Jones.

Gyllenhaal rose to fame after appearing in the sadomasochistic romance "Secretary," which earned her a Golden Globe nomination. She has since appeared in films like "Sherrybaby," "World Trade Center," "The Dark Knight" and "Crazy Heart."

Sarsgaard is best known for his roles in "Garden State," "Jarhead" and "Boys Don't Cry." He most recently portrayed Hector Hammond opposite Ryan Reynolds in "Green Lantern."

Beyonce and Jay-Z welcome baby girl, say reports

Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomed a daughter, baby-bumping the music power duo to a trio Saturday night.

According to a report by E! News, sources confirmed the singer gave birth via scheduled C-section at Lenox Hill hospital in New York.

The baby's name was originally reported by E! as Ivy Blue. The New York Daily News says the girl's name is Blue Ivy.

Update: 9:00 a.m. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow confirmed the baby's name as Blue Ivy when asked by a follower on Twitter.

"RT @Sparrow_Teague @GwynethPaltrow is it ivy blue, or blue ivy? so confused..It's Blue Ivy Carter," Paltrow wrote.

The actress previously sent out a Tweet welcoming the baby saying, "Welcome to the world Blue! We love you already."

Spokespeople for both Beyonce and Jay-Z have not commented on the birth or the name of the child.

Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles shared her first thoughts of the new baby early Sunday morning tweeting, "The most beautiful girl in the world."

The couple's close friend and music mogul Russell Simmons celebrated the new arrival by tweeting, "congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z."

Rihanna also gave a shout on Twitter, "Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih."

The 30-year-old singer announced her pregnancy during the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards in August. During her 2011 MTV VMA performance she told the audience, "I want you to feel the love that's growing inside me." At the end she opened her sequined tuxedo jacket and rubbed her stomach, to the delight of the crowd.

It is the first child for the singer, who is married to 41-year-old rapper Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter. The couple got married on April 4, 2008. The nuptials were so secret that no photos or video from the event were released. The couple got married with a close circle of 40 friends and family members after dating for six years.

Rumors that the pop star had given birth in December sparked a Twitter frenzy , but the craze was never backed up by any evidence.

Beyonce and Jay-Z welcome baby girl

See it on TV? Check here.  Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- One of the most anticipated babies has arrived! Beyonce and Jay-Z have welcomed their first child.

The 30-year-old Beyonce gave birth to her daughter by scheduled caesarean section at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City on Saturday night with rapper husband Jay-Z by her side, according to multiple reports.

The couple named her Blue Ivy Carter, according to E! Online. Beyonce and Jay-Z, 42, made some elaborate plans to keep their baby's arrival under wraps.

Proud papa Jay-Z reportedly paid 1.3 million dollars to rent out the entire 4th floor of New York's Lenox Hill Hospital.

The windows and surveillance cameras - blacked out, and employees of the hospital reportedly had to turn in their cell phones before starting their shifts.

The news is already a hot topic on Twitter, where the top trend is Ivy Blue Carter. Apparently there was some initial confusion over the baby's name. E! Online reports Jay Z is telling pals her name is Blue Ivy.
