Eyewitness NewsTHE BRONX (WABC) -- Police in the Bronx are trying to figure out what caused the tragic death of a toddler.
Emergency crews responded to East 140th street in Port Morris just after 4 a.m. on Saturday.
Paramedics found Anita Ortiz, 3, unresponsive.
She died a short time later.The medical examiner will determine what caused her death.
No charges have been filed.
